Ahhh Cartagena, in our opinion one of the best cities in the world for price to quality ratio in terms of food. Countless chic and trendy restaurants serving beautifully prepared, fresh seafood dishes. Needless to say, deciding on our faves here was a tough (but delicious!) job!
